Designed to frame and celebrate sweeping vistas, Northcote Pavilion draws the eye toward outlooks anchored at each end of the main living space. Our 90mm and 130mm timber lining boards play a pivotal role in this spatial composition — guiding perspective, adding rhythmic detail, and subtly framing the views beyond.

OneNinety represents a shift away from the conventional corporate lobby - reimagining the arrival experience through the lens of hospitality, context, and craft.Conceived as a boutique, club-like environment, this revitalised space responds to the evolving needs of small to medium businesses seeking flexibility, quality, and a sense of identity.

Perched on a ridge above the beach, the home enjoys sweeping views north to South Stradbroke Island and south to Coolangatta Headland, nestled within a densely vegetated bluff that played a vital role in informing the architectural response.
