OneNinety represents a shift away from the conventional corporate lobby - reimagining the arrival experience through the lens of hospitality, context, and craft.Conceived as a boutique, club-like environment, this revitalised space responds to the evolving needs of small to medium businesses seeking flexibility, quality, and a sense of identity.
More than a transitional space, the lobby extends the workplace beyond the tenancy, offering access to curated services, shared amenities, and informal meeting areas. The design delivers the atmosphere and attention to detail typically found in boutique hotels, fostering a sense of belonging and elevated experience.
Drawing inspiration from the bold, Late Modern architecture of the building, the interior adopts a monolithic expression, softened by a layered, residential approach to furniture and finishes. Locally made elements are prioritised throughout, with a rich, textural palette anchored in Western Australian materials. Our charcoal matte designer lining boards are featured prominently as wall cladding in the main lobby, delivering depth, tactility, and a sense of quiet sophistication.
