Designed for a growing family on a substantial 1,025 m² coastal site, this residence brings together natural light, layered architectural forms and a continual connection to landscape. A strong northern orientation informs the layout, with interconnected internal and external spaces opening to gardens and outdoor living areas.

Glosswood's Designer Lining in Double Profile, White Oak Matte introduces a soft timber element to the textured material palette. Its light blonde tones and subtle grain variation complement the off-form concrete, dark stained timber, neutral render and dado plaster, balancing the solidity of these surfaces with warmth and natural character.

Together, the considered materials and shifting building planes soften the scale of the residence while reinforcing its coastal character. White Oak Matte contributes to this cohesive approach, bringing texture and warmth to a home designed for family life and a lasting connection to its surroundings.
